What's an AI minute?
An AI minute is any minute the AI spends on a call — answering, taking an order, or booking a table. A 4-minute order call uses 4 AI minutes. They count against your plan's monthly allowance.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Calls keep getting answered — you're never cut off. Extra minutes bill at your plan's overage rate ($0.30/min on Core, $0.20/min on Pro). If you're regularly going over, upgrading to Pro gives you double the minutes at a lower rate.
When does monthly billing start?
