To request deletion of your Cleverli account and associated data, please follow these steps:
We will send a confirmation email acknowledging your request and process the deletion within 7 business days.
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion. You can cancel your subscription from the Cleverli portal or mobile app. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Any outstanding charges will be processed before deletion is completed.
We may retain limited data after account deletion if required for:
Any retained data will be kept only as long as necessary and deleted in accordance with applicable laws and retention requirements.
If you connected third-party services (such as Google Drive or Google Calendar), deleting your Cleverli account will revoke our access. However, data already stored in those third-party services will not be affected. You can manage that data directly through those services.
